Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to read our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Exchanges:
We offer one-time exchanges on orders in case of a size issue or defective product. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please note that second-time exchanges will not be entertained. If the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable, we will provide you with store credit of the equivalent amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Returns & Refunds:
If you wish to return a product, please note that the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. This store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Products that are on sale are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Conditions for Exchange or Return:
The product must be returned in unused condition, with all tags intact. We will process your exchange or return once the product reaches us and is inspected. Returns or exchanges will not be processed if the item shows signs of use or damage.
Reverse Pickup Facility:
We offer a reverse pickup facility for exchanges or returns requests.
This service will be available only once per order for either exchange or return.
If you are requesting an exchange or return, please ensure to initiate it within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange or return process.
- Provide details of the product(s) you wish to exchange or return, along with the reason for the request.
- Once your request is approved, we will assist you with the reverse pickup process (if applicable).
- After we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange or store credit within 7-10 business days.
